Refund policy

At Frenchie Vibe, we want you and your Frenchie to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

• Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., embroidered names or custom kits) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or our error.

• We reserve the right to reject returns or issue partial refunds if conditions are not met.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service at footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Pack the item securely with all original materials and include a note with your order number and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

• Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

• Customers pay return shipping for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
